“Sometimes” Foods

Junk food, candy, sweets, ice cream, sugar, fat, chips, fast food … have you ever heard someone say these are “bad” foods? They may have a point because if we only eat these foods, they can make us feel bad. But that doesn’t make them “bad” foods. I like to call them “sometimes” foods because they are fine to have sometimes! If we eat lots of healthy vegetables, fruits, grains, proteins and dairy products every day, we can sometimes enjoy these other foods without feeling bad. What is a food you save for special occasions as a “sometimes” food?
