Measure fruits and veggies without utensils!

Kids, did you know that you need one to two cups of veggies and one to one and a half cups of fruit every day? Eating enough produce will give you so much energy and will help you grow strong and smart! But how much is a cup of fruit or veggies? Here’s a secret … one cup is about the same size as a baseball! So, I guess you could say you are trying to eat two to three “baseballs” of fruits and veggies everyday! Isn’t that silly!? A half cup is about the size of a light bulb. I hope these silly ways of measuring can help you get all the fruits and veggies you need!
